He produced and developed Philadelphia’s own rock act, Silvertide, resulting in two releases, American Excess and Show and Tell (J Records). Ivory’s latest success was discovering and producing the rock band Halestorm, which signed to Atlantic last year. Ivory owns and operates Dylanava Studios and is an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University. He’s currently on the board of Governors for the Recording Academy and the MCCC Communication Program Advisory Committee.

JOE LAM has been making music in the Philadelphia area for
25 years. Joe was the principal writer, lead singer, and bassist
for Philly favorite, Love Revolution, who opened for acts, such as Queensryche, Aerosmith, and Live. Their self-titled EP featured the single, “Alisyn’s Imaginary Friend”, that charted on top playlists for Infinity Broadcasting stations across the country including K-ROCK New York, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia's own 94 WYSP.

In 2003 Joe joined Ivory Productions where he assisted in the development, production, and songwriting of the band Halestorm, an effort that culminated at the band's signing with Atlantic Records. Their live EP, One and Done, gave Joe his first major label mixing credit. He continues to work closely with the artists on the Ivory Productions roster. Drawing from his years of experience Joe understands the musical and mental aspects of artist development and production.

QUINN WATERS began his passion for music early in life playing
viola and guitar and experimenting with recording in his parents basement. He left his pursuit of a Film and Media Arts degree at Temple University to assist Ivory Productions at Dylanava Studios as an intern in 2004.

He was assistant engineer for Fruit's album, "Burn". He received an engineer credit on Halestorm's Atlantic Records release, "One and Done". He worked as assistant engineer during the recording and mixing of Patti Labelle's hit song, "Two Steps Away" (written by Ivory Productions Artist, John Delise).

Quinn's day to day at IP consists not only of engineering but as a videographer, capturing the preproduction and recording process for later review. He is the go to computer guru.

Quinn also freelances in audio and video production. He has songwriting and instrumentation credits for international superstar, Steph Pockets. He is also an active voting member of NARAS.
